The aim is to introduce a model and a methodology applied by each participating organization and born from the different good practices For this purpose, they will collect a series of good practices to train their staff and young leaders engaged in the activities of sports clubs. This will further develop the activities of each partner organization.
All partner organizations have long-term skills and experience in youth work and in the field of sport.
The intention is to bring together relevant actors from each local sports organization and associations.
The exchanged practices all focus on the use of sport as a tool for inclusion. Participation will thus be more accessible to young people from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
In addition to introducing a model and methodology, we will collect good practices and organize a training session for representatives of partner organizations and local sports clubs.
The training session will also include a workshop focusing on adapting the collected methodology to the work of organizations in their respective countries.
Activities
The main activities consist of four transnational meetings (each in a different partner country).
The 1st meeting will mark the beginning, the 2nd meeting will be dedicated to training, the 3rd meeting will concern the analysis and planning of the final outputs and the 4th meeting will present the outputs, the final results and will start the dissemination.
Before each meeting we will plan, prepare, produce and analyze both within the team of coordinators of partner organizations and locally with our colleagues, representatives of sports associations and clubs, volunteers, etc.
The main results of the project will be the Didactic Manual and a series of podcasts. The results will be distributed to each partner’s networks and shared on each partner’s communication channels.
